Step 10: Flexible Contract
There are no contracts or strings attached when you hire employees through Virtual Skill Hub. Initially, you have 5 days to work with the candidates, and if you find they’re not a perfect fit, you can request a replacement or terminate the employment.
At any point after the candidate is officially employed and actively working with you, if you anticipate the project’s completion or for any reason you no longer require the employee in the role, you can cancel the contract by giving us one week’s notice. Our commitment is to provide flexibility and ensure you have the right talent for your specific needs.
